"I placed an order on 06-Oct-2020 and was assured a delivery on 19-Oct. After several follow-ups for days, literary BEGGING for my order, i have not yet received my order till 27th. I clearly mentioned that i needed saree for an occasion and its no use getting it after the date. NO ONE ...NO ONE bothers to reply to your messages / email. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THAT IS IT. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF of their UTTER NEGLIGENCE. I faced a horrible experience at IndianWeddingSaree. If I could attach here I would have attached all the proofs of their carelessness. NEVER EVER RELY ON THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM.

"Highly unprofessional.Worst customer service experience ever. Placed an order for Diwali, firstly Chander Sharma from #indianweddingsarees contacted me WhatsApp and told order got cancelled as I was busy was not able to pickup his call , he kept calling I had to told him to stop calling and send email , which he didn’t. Then when I emailed to check the order status , I was told that I will get the order by 22nd October. After several follow up I was assured that will get by 25th October by Abhishek Prasad from Indian wedding. Yesterday when I sent another email to check the status, no one bothered to respond. Then Rahul Chaudhary told me don’t worry it will be delivered but the same end results. They are just fooling there customers. Fraud and spam."
"This business is dishonest, steals your money. Does not deliver on time, then refuses to allow return of garments for refund. I told them I needed my order by a certain date. They knew they would not deliver on time, and never told me that. They should have been honest and decline my order, based on the information i provided them as to when I needed the order to be delivered. i havent even opend the package because I can't wear it to the event. It has come and gone.

"I ordered 2 items to wear for my friends' wedding, a lehenga and a lehenga style saree. I specifically ordered from this site and chose the items I did because their expected delivery dates left a few days (6-11 to be exact) wiggle room in case there was a delay. When I did not receive the items by the expected date, I contacted customer support for an update on the status. They told me that even though I should have received both items by then, they were not quite completed and had not shipped. They guaranteed they would be shipped out that day and would arrive within 3 days in time for my event. I voiced some concern that this may not be enough shipping time and noted that if they would not definitely arrive before that date, I needed to cancel the order. They voiced understanding and said they would arrive in time. I contacted them again for an update as they did not send me tracking info still. I again noted that if they would not arrive in time I needed to cancel the order. When they replied the day before I had to have the items, they said that they still had not shipped the items. I asked for them to be cancelled if they could not be overnighted with guaranteed delivery. I spoke with a chat representative and a phone representative requesting to cancel since they did not ship my items as promised and they both said I had to go through the email support for that and there was nothing they could do to help me. I sent another email to their support again requesting to cancel the order. An hour later I received tracking info saying DHL had received information and the package would arrive within 3-5 business days. I called customer support again and told them this needed to be cancelled before the package was picked up, and they again said they couldn't do anything and I would need to email customer support. I again emailed customer responding to the email with tracking info saying the items needed to be cancelled like I had requested multiple times when they did not ship the items on time as promised and the items should not be shipped. Several hours later they responded they are already shipped and there was nothing they could do. There wasn't even a sorry. I now am dealing with DHL to try and refuse the shipment before it leaves India or I'll have to sort out shopping the items back and probably get stuck paying return shipping to Jaipur. This is aside from the more than an hour and a half of my time from my vacation spent dealing with customer support sending me in circles. And I don't have clothes to wear to my friends' wedding on top of all this. "
"So far I have ordered with this company 3 - 4 times. he very first time ordered 2 sarees and one saree was good and the other one was of different color and they shipped different item number.
Second time one saree and was okay though the blouse stitching was not done well.
Third time ordered 3 items - 2 items were good but the the third item was supposed to arrive within a week, but they didnt send it even after a month and said production delay for a week. Again after another inquiry from me they said they said product has been dis continued and they will offer another product up to 10% of extra value than the original product price i.e. if the new product is up to 10% more than the value of original product.
That means I have to purchase another product of higher price to get 10% extra value from them.
This is basically a rip-off.
1. I have to spend higher money 2. I need to pay higher shipping charge.
Even after I made this very clear to them they refunded me only just the money that I paid in total.
I ordered the item on July 18th and their product discontinue email was received on Aug 24th, though their website was showing the delivery date as july 09th.
So decided not to purchase any more items to them and also will tell all of my friends the same

"Very unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest company. Did not send the ordered items to me until i emailed and reminded them that i have ordered products through them. I am still waiting on few items which was promised to get shipped 3-4 weeks ago. I emailed the sales department for updat and for the past 4 weeks they have been giving me excuses like "they emailed me about product size and i havent responded to there email which is why they havent been able to finish the product" ( this is a complete lie since i have been constantly in contact with them regarding all the products i have ordered). I emailed them again and this time i was promised the items will be ready to go in 7 day. 15 days later no response from them so i had to email them again and they told me there is a delay for further 9 days. I emailed them again and asked them to ship the item immediately or to refund my money, they told me they need further 4-5 days. I emailed them on the 7th day again advising them that the function i ordered the items for is in less than a week and now i want a refund because i am not willing to wait any longer, there hasnt been any response.
For the items that did get shipped and delivered to me in the past i had to chase them for it as they were making excuses for delay. The product quality is really low and the stitching isnt good either. The materials are rough and product dont always look like what they show on their website. I would really not recommend this shopping site to fellow customers. I am never shopping through them again as it has been a very bad experience. They take your money and dont deliver what they promise. Please dont waste your money. "
