That is the reason for some of our new clients to move to contact us (Verdina.NET) and they are pretty much satisfied and stick with our services. "This company hosts websites. The tech staff is very helpful and patient when dealing with noobs like myself who are setting up a new website. I have never had to wait in a queue for text chat support. Telephone support is quick and helpful also. My website is not active yet put I am pleased with the results on the temp server. Although you can find cheaper web host services, InMotion Hosting is well worth the price cuz you get premium level tech support and a slew of host plans. The team does not appear to be outsourced from overseas locations and speaks American English (unlike Mike Row Soft techs) and that's a great benefit too."

"How a company handles a problem is to me the truest example of their quality. I received an email advising me they were charging my account for renewal of a website that I had no intention of continuing with. I thought for sure the money was gone for good, or at best it would be hours of emails, phone calls and frustration and potentially a partial refund. Being on the road I replied a quick email note from my phone, and began cursing under my breath about the hours of phone calls I would need to make the following day. Being late in the evening I didn't even expect a reply, but within minutes a pleasant and intelligent (Samantha P.) person responded. She did not bother me with endless questions and hoops to jump through; she simply recapped what I wanted, asked me to verify my account for security reasons and told me how she would resolve the situation. I was in shock. True to her word I received two follow up emails, each telling me what was happening and what to expect. The entire situation was resolved before I even got back to my office.

The website was for a clients new business that never got off the ground (funding issues). I'm not sure if it was my error, or why it was set up for auto renewal, but it didn't matter. InMotion Hosting took responsibility without question and credited my account. Again I'm in total shock. I personaly did not use their hosting services, only setting up the account and log-in information for my client, but if they handle a cancelation with efficiency and professionalism they will be at the top of my list going forward.
