"UPDATE #2 (06/05/2020):
I just spoke with T-Mobile, as that is the company that they claimed to be providing services through at the time that I purchased the equipment. They confirmed that they have no affiliation or contracts with Impact Wireless or One Wireless World. They also said that they never have.
Also...They checked the IMEI # for my tablet and told me that the tablet that was sold to me was returned in 2018 to their warranty exchange program. They confirmed that my tablet is defective and was a returned product!!! They are reporting this to their upper-level management and have asked me to report this to their Fraud Mgmt Dept as well. #BuyerBeware #ScamAlert

I just spoke with AT&T. They have absolutely NO contracts with Impact Wireless or One Wireless World!!! There are no SIM cards to activate with AT&T as they are not providing services to or through any company with that name!!! #BuyerBeware They have sent a report to their fraud department. They are now aware and are getting involved.

I purchased a tablet (and tethering equipment) from them. The tablet is what they use for a mobile hotspot. I also pre-paid for 6 months of unlimited data. The tablet they sent me was used. I called and reported it. They finally agreed to replace it (with prepaid postage). They did nothing more than send me another used tablet that was scratched up on the bottom. (There was no prepaid postage either.) I took pictures and sent the replacement tablet back along with pics and a letter. I didn't tell them, at that time, that we had proof that the first tablet was used. We wanted to give them a chance to get things right.
They ignored all calls, messages, and other forms of communication after that. Now, they are no longer with T-Mobile. On their website, it now appears that they are with AT&T. So, the SIM card that was already activated is no good!!! That was over $700 spent with them as One World Wireless!!!

"I ordered a Jet pack thru one of there distributors and he told me 5 to 7 days for shipping. After making several calls I finally got ahold of customer service and she said it was never ordered. It took 14 days to get it to me. There service map says I should get excellent coverage but I have none I will return it today."
"I had previously written a review for Impact Wireless which somehow vanished from this site. I no longer have the invoice number nor the correct order date. But just to relay the story again, I ordered a Flamingo headset from Impact Wireless. After many weeks of promises that it would "ship today", "ship tomorrow", "ship on Friday", etc. I finally cancelled the order and purchased the item elsewhere. When I cancelled the order, they charged me a 15% restocking fee for an item they never shipped to me! Dishonest to say the least. Would not purchase anything from them ever again."
"Just recieved my Piel Frama case from Impact Wireless. Normally the cases sell for 89.95 but I picked it up for only 69.95. I would recommend anyone to Impact Wireless. Its best to call them direct, well that's what i did.
