"I ordered a Matrix Infinity from this "company" on 10 June. Paypal credited them the money for the chip. They have not yet sent me an order confirmation or any communication confirming that they received payment for a product I ordered.
Despite e-mailing them several times and asking for confirmation on my order status, I have not received a single reply.
I suppose it was stupid of me to order from a company that did not provide a postal address or telephone number for correspondence, and I may pay the price for it.
So far their customer service has been non-existent, so I would strongly recommend that other users considering buying from them think twice and look some place else for their needs.
Edit: 16 June 2004 the chip arrived rolled in bubble wrap in a regular envelope US Postal mail. I never got any order confirmation, or any correspondence whatsoever from them, so their customer service is still non-existent. There is no way of tracking your order online either. But, since the chip actually did arrive, I am going to raise my original rating. (Although I still haven't installed it, and therefore don't yet know if it works or not!)"
"Paied with Paypal eCheck. The same day the payment cleared my product shipped priority mail, recived exactly what I ordered. Seller is also responsive to email (less than 1 hour for response).
