Due to emergency surgery and a wedding, our reservation had to be postponed twice over the course of 13 months. We received top notch customer service by Ryan Safady during that time. The event was very well organized in Philly. Our only complaint was the 2 young girls running the check-in desk didn't know what they were doing--he had to get out of line and go back for the correct bracelet for the package we purchased. "
