"First unit didn't work at all. I paid $18 to return it and was sent another player without a remote. Got a remote shipped separately and that not only doesn't work but the replacement BluRay player video is all scrambled.

Not sure what's next but I know I'm done paying return shipping charges to return a second bad unit.

Not really all that happy about my buying experience.

"I am not very impressed with Ikordesign and the Dell monitor I purchased from them. Upon receiving the monitor, as I was opening the package I noticed a big section of the plastic casing missing from the top corner of the monitor, which for my home use is not a big cosmetic issue, but upon connecting it to my computer realized that three (3) of the five (5) buttons (including the power button) do not work. The monitor was also missing the DVI cable, which is typically included with these types of Dell monitors.

I received my order on May 17, 2011. That same evening I submitted an online contact request asking how they wanted to handle resolving these issues. The next day I received a generic e-mail with basic instructions on whom to contact, so I sent an e-mail to that contact on May 18th. On May 24th I hadn’t heard anything back, so I sent a follow-up e-mail to all three (3) e-mail addresses listed on the initial response I had received. Later that day I received a very short e-mail that said to process an RMA and a link to the website section. I promptly completed the RMA form and replied with an e-mail stating that I had submitted my RMA request and expressing a few concerns I had with the RMA process explained on the form.

Now, as of June 3, 2011, I have not received any additional responses. No confirmation of receipt of my RMA, no response to my RMA concerns e-mail, nothing in response to my concerns on this order. So, after 2 weeks and multiple e-mails, I have only received one e-mail response and no sense of urgency or desire to address my concerns and resolve this issue.

Based upon the current response and situation, I can not give Ikordesigns a good rating or review. I look forward to working with them to promptly resolve the situation and earn an outstanding rating.

"When purchasing the blu ray player it stated I would receive a copy of the Avatar blu ray. I did not receive a copy. I sent an e-mail questioning this, and never received a reply. This is not how customer service should work and I will not be purchasing from Ikor again."

"i ordered a insigna blu ray player. the player came on time and worked out of the box. the unit asked to be updated and this crashed the player. so i returned the player to ikor who send me another blu ray player. but no remote control. i called and got a remote sent to me and it is cracked and dirty there was still food stains on the remote. hooked up the new player and it has less features then the first model and does not even have wifi capability's. i attemeted to watch my first movie and the blu ray player stops playing 25 mins into the move and wont play and more dvds. now i have to contact ikor again and ship this blu ray player again. and see if they will let me return the unit."

"Ikordesign is a good site for finding things that just are popular but either prohibitively expensive or not available. Ikordesign is selling a lot of overstocks and a lot of refurbished items. I am however very happy with all of the items I received at the prices that were offered. As an example, the laser mouse I purchased for ten dollars is a lot less than retail and I have no issues with it at all even though it was refurbished. The overstocks are often unique items that would be difficult to find otherwise, and they're great."

"I ordered the Logitech Wave Pro Wireless Desktop Keyboard & Mouse Combo. Shipping was fast and the price was good. When I received the order, the Keyboard had batteries installed but the high output rechargeable battery for the mouse was missing. I contacted Customer Service via email but never received a reply. I had to purchase a replacement battery before I could use the mouse. I very much like the Wave Pro Wireless Desktop and have ordered a second unit. I did not order from Ikordesign and paid a little more. I would rather pay a little more and receive everything that I ordered than to pay less and have items missing with no customer service. Actually, I did pay more after I had to order the high output rechargeable mouse battery. I have no plans to place future orders with Ikordesign."

"Initially, Ikor filled my order partially (ordered two speaker sets, received one set). Invoice has handwritten notation that one set was not shipped. When I first contacted Ikordesign, told they had shipped entire order. I disagreed, citing shipping wt and pkg size to show only one set could have been shipped. Ikor apologized for their error and shipped other speakers."

"First off I have no complaints about the product I recieved, it was as described by Ikor Design (GearXS)and works well at a great price. Shipping time was a bit long. In my case I placed an order on 4/2/11 and on 4/4/11 received a confirmation and FedEx tracking number. Seemed great so far but, by 4/10/11 the status message for the tracking number still showed that FedEx had not received the package from Ikor Design (GearXS)and I sent an email to ask where my package was. On 4/12/11 I received this as a reply to my e-mail.
"Hello,We are looking into this matter with the shipping provider we will be in touch with you shortly. Gearxs"
This was the last I heard from Ikor Design (GearXS). My package was finally delivered on 4/20/11. So if you need a product quickly this company probably is not for you, but if time and communication don't matter to you and you just want a good price on a cheap product this is probably a good way to go.
