"Ordered a Hercules Game Theater XP late on a Thursday night. Received confirmation of order recieved soon after. Early Friday morning shipping confirmation was received with tracking number. Shipping was 3-day UPS and arrived the following Wednesday. That's 4 business days from Canada to Nebraska, not bad. Product was packaged very well, nothing broken/damaged. The product was a little higher priced than other companies, but they did not have it in stock. Overall, I was impressed and will order again from them if they have what I'm looking for. A+"

"This was my first time ordering from this company... The use Yahoo! so it was an easy experience... familiar web interface, etc. No problems with billing or anything, and the product shipped out within a couple days. Everything was good, except the packaging. That was downright awful. My order (a keyboard/mouse combo) came in two boxes taped together, to create a longer box. The packaging was flimsy and not even taped that well, and there were no packing materials. Also, no packing list or invoice was included. Overall, though, a good experience. I will probably buy from them again if the situation arises."

"I ordered a Sony 52x CD-ROM from iitem.com after my old drive's motor suddenly failed. I got a confirmation rather quickly and work seemed to progress rather quickly on my order. Since I ordered with a debit card and am living away from home at the moment the steps needed to get authorization to ship were a bit more complicated than necessary from most retailers. Order was shipped adequately and on time, price was good. Would order again if the price was right."
