"On November 28, 2016 I placed an order for 2 x Chuwi Hi12 on this e-shop. It was during Black Friday sales and they advertised a very low price for this tablet. So I was tempted and bought 2 of them (one for me and one for a friend of mine) with 2 accompanying keyboards. Of course I paid instantly (more than 450 USD).
Soon the order status for the keyboards changed to "shipped". And I did receive the keyboards within 20 days (normal).
However several weeks passed and the order status of the tablets didn't change.
On December 16, 2016 I contacted customer support and they claimed that "our products are being reviewed" and they politely suggested to wait a little longer. I believed them and waited.
On December 29 I contacted customer support again. Then they claimed that "the item is in the process of reaching our warehouse again" and again offered me to wait a little longer. So I did.
On January 4, 2017 I contacted them again and they claimed that "It will restock within 5-15 days" and offered me to wait a little longer. I informed them that other e-shops seem to have it in stock. They replied that "We need to buy from the supplier, the process is a bit long"
I again believed them and decided to wait more.
On January 24, 2017 they contact me saying that they cannot ship the item to me at all ! offering a refund or changing my order for something else.
I replied to them that I have already received the keyboards that will be TOTALLY USELESS to me if I order something else. I also claimed that as they failed to provide me the tablets, it seemed just for me to refund me the whole amount (tablets + keyboards) as the keyboards alone are totally useless without the tablets. They refused and on February 4 they refunded me the amount of tablets only, saying "we are sorry".
Of course I answered that this is unacceptable.
They tempted me to buy the two tablets with a low price, but they did NOT have it in stock. They kept my money in the bank (with interest) for about 2.5 months. They cheated me saying that they are reviewing the items, and that they are expecting them and things like that. All lies !
If you think that this may have happened to hundreds or thousands of customers, it profoundly is a nice trick to massively increase the e-shop's bank account, by cheating the customers.
And now I am left with two useless keyboards and no tablets ! thanks to them... And what about the damage that I would probably have undergone by not having these tablets for 2.5 months as I believed their lies.
So stay away from igogo.es even if you see tempting prices.
Oh, and one more thing: They suggested to remove my review on TrustPilot about them :

"Made a purchase and payed an ASUS Zenphone 2 on Igogo on 24 January 2017!!! I was promise they send the phone before the Chinese New Year and it was the first lie!!! They closed the business until 2 February and after repetitively contacted them they finally answered my support ticket on the 3rd February promising again that my order will ship the next day!!! Another lie and fake information, then finally on the 8th February after few more service email tickets I told them to give me my money back!!! This is not the first time this happened with Igogo.com and I am sure this is normal practice for them to sell you phones that they do not have in stock delaying the shipping and not contacting the buyers to give them the information about what is going on with their orders!!! Bad bad bad and on top of all this now after threatening them to open reclamation with PayPal they refund my money back but not in an instant refund now I have to wait another 2 weeks to get my money back!!! Customers you have been warned stay away from Igogo.com"
"They are presenting prices in Euro but whey do not accept payments in Euro, finally they present you a bill in USD dollars according to their own, FRAUD exchange rate. I tried to buy a smartphone for 118.51 euro. They asked me to pay 135 USD dollars since their exchange rate is 1 euro = 0.88 USD while official Central European bank exchange rate is 1 euro = 0.96 USD
When trying to use some coupon the original price is increased by 50-60% and the coupon is applied to this price so with the coupon it becomes much expensive than without it.
Conclusion: Be aware from these fraud site. Do not let them cheat you and do not wast your time as I wasted."
