"I ordered an Olympus D-560 for $286.00, which included the camera, rechargable batteries, battery charger and camera case. Wal-Mart sells the same camera for $289.00 (for the camera only).

I was a little worried when I got the camera, it was obviously repackaged in a white box. I called Olympus and gave them the serial number of my camera, and they confirmed that the camera was indeed new, and not refurbished.

I can't fine their website (they're not on YAHOO! shopping any more).

I'm satisfied with my order overall, but would probably not order from them again.

"Never buy anything from this company. They lie, practice fraud, and should be put out of business. If you do business with them you will wish you had not. I bought a Panasonic answering machine that was advertised as new on the web site. I received a refurbished model with almost no warranty. I complained after not being treated very politely on the phone. They said that wo8uld send out the new unit. I received another refurbished unit. I complained again and this time they said they didn't have any new units. I accepted a offer of $25 to make up the difference. The money never came. I e-mailed them and the said they would not send the money. They now offered me $25 towards a future purchase. I complained and they ignored me and never replied back. "

"I was extremely pleased with the low pricing of all merchandise, Including newer items. I was however, beyond displeased with the shipping and after purchase service. I finally received my merchandise about 1 Month after ordering it. The company did attempt to compensate for this mistake--or series of mistakes--but I was nonetheless disappointed in their "Next-day shipping" for which I paid extra. This company was in the middle of replacing thier phone systems at the time of my order which made it even more impossible for me to contact my service representative regarding the lateness of my order. Also the harsh winter weather made thier delivery of my merchandise more difficult, but I month for the delivery of a digital camera was a bit ridiculous. I was very plkeased with my digital camera nad the price of it after I FINALLY recieved it. "

"Horrible Customer service. Camera was not shipped next day like I paid for. It took over a week to get it. Huge run around before I finally got an answer from someone there as to when it would get here. I got hung up on at least 5 times. "

"DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS! If you have any doubts read the rest of the reviews on them. They overcharged me $31.98 for a Sony DSC-P71 I bought over the phone and agreed on a price. I've been trying to get the overcharge credited to my visa for over a month with no success. Now their Customer Phone number doesn't work. "

"I bought a Olympus camera from them last monday. It was advertise as brand new and in stock. I even called and they said it was new and in stock. (http://www.idealphotoandvideo.com/productdetail.asp?product_id=olyc3020)

I paid $46.61 for next day service bc I needed right away. I kept getting e-mails from them that said my product has been shipped but when I called no one had a tracking number. (I called everyday!) Finally I got it on Friday morning! They charged my credit card on the Monday I ordered it!

The camera I finally got was NOT new. It was poorly packaged in a white box with a print out of the words, "Olympus C-3020". (I mean they took the manuals, the accessory, and the camera and threw it all in the box.)No warranty papers. Their policy clearly states: "All products we sell are brand new and factory fresh". This is a lie!

Good thing I bought using my credit card because they will soon have to deal with them if I don't get my money back. I would not recommed them to anyone!!! Save yourself the headache!!! I only wished more people had wrote a review on these guys before I bought the camera!

Always use your credit card, so the credit card company can get your money back if you can't! Save documents, correspondance, pictures, the product, etc... You or the card company may need it!

"For a while I was on the market for a digital camera the Nikon Coolpix 5000. I had always used Reseller Ratings as a way to check into companies. I came across Ideal Photo and Video via Dealtime.com. They had an unbelievably low price on this camera. I had seen some negative reviews up on Dealtime but I decided to check here too. Naturally I read what "slippurr" had written about Ideal and she even mentioned someone’s name, "Brad". So I had to check them out, I decided to call and speak to Brad. When he picked up he was real kind and polite and I had several questions for him he was able to answer all of them. He was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to set me up with everything I needed. He gave me a discount on my package and had even upgraded my shipping to express delivery for no charge. I now have my package and am enjoying taking wonderful pictures of my family.

"On 12/17 led to Ideal web site (high rating on Nextag, system failed me) Ordered Kodak Easyshare w/docker.. Brad said people returning dockers. What he recommended was an overpriced piece of junk battery charger, came w/Flash card never got. Cust dis-service is rude, wouldn't take it back, only replace it. Lucky I got anything at all, go read reviews at www.dealtime.com. Got what I did because it was to their advantage. Order from Ideal, they become Digicam, god only knows who they are now. Feel sorry for all who fall into this trap."
