I had some questions I wanted to verify and called the phone number listed in the website. After almost no wait a person named Garth answered the phone. Even though I am not an American, and does not hold an American Credit Card, he was willing to help me and contacted the credit card company and a deal was set. In other websites I just received the answer "not possible". After the transaction, the communication was good and frequent.
For some unexplained reason, the item was sent to a different location, and returned to the warehouse. Garth quickly contacted me, and suggested a refund or a second try to ship. I gave him the right address, but again, the item did not arrived.
At the end, I received a full refund.
Nonetheless, I had a really good experience with the website, and would recommend it to everyone. Mistakes happen, and were all human, but the additional value in the form of excellent customer service was worth it.
