"This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered custom lanyards in August. Then I ordered them again in October changing the size from 3/8" to 1". They sent me the wrong size for the second order and said there is nothing they can do for me because I approved a proof. I NEVER received a proof for the second order but apparently clicked a button that said reorder. However, the order receipt I have is for 1" lanyards. RUN FOR YOUR LIVES !!! There are plenty of other companies that will treat you right.
Not only that, but I had to wait over a month for them to NOT resolve my issue because apparently their ONLY customer service rep is on maternity leave. "

They claim to have the lowest pricing but its just a way for them to charge more and then if you complain they will say ok we will match anyone else pricing. The sales reps seem to get paid more to promote certain products over others so be aware."
