"I ordered two motorola xooms and the price dropped by $20 each 2 days later. I emailed customer support and they refunded me the $40 no questions asked. It was credited to my credit card the next day. The xooms were "manufacturer recertified" which I wasn't exactly sure what I was going to get. I received them in a brown box but they were brand new, no scratches or signs of use at all. Shipping was free and took 3 weeks which was fine as it was delivered to Blaine, WA from New Jersey.
I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

"This company needs to be shut down!
Failed to answer emails, failed to send out the correct product and also failed at everything else!

I ordered 24 packs of razor blames. The company shipped out 13 packs. I spent 3 days trying to email them and only got a response saying they are very busy. I emailed again threatening them I would contact my cc company to file a chargback and write a bad review. I've received no response and it has been 2 days.

Stay away form these thieves!!!

"I ordered a Xoom tablet - has been over a week and no e-mail, no tracking number, nothing. I am not a happy person right now.... I will have to re-consider doing business with these folks if they don't set the situation right.
I received the tablet yesterday and I am happy to report that it as exactly as advertised.

"On November 02, 2012 I ordered a $17.00 dollar set of Logitech Ultimate Ear Buds # 350vi. They instantly took the money out of my credit card account and I have never heard from them until they sent me a “How did we do survey on November 20, 2012.” Since then my account has been closed with them and they will not return any of my efforts to contact them!
Now I have to call my credit card company and try and get my money back and contact Federal Internet Fraud Commission to file a complaint to have them shut down as well as so many other internet consumer activist groups to stop these thieves from taking advantage of other unsuspecting people. Internet fraud has to be stopped as soon as possible and I do it every time some two bit company tries to screw me! http://www.icemonkey.com has to be stopped now and forever!

"I was treated tremndously by the people at this site. i will continue to look for bargains daily. the price is right and the transaction went smoothly. They made special accomadations for me. they were not obligated but went out of their way and did something extremely nice for a member of my family. I am deeply appreciative. "I have ordered a lot from this company and never had a problem then on this order I had a problem. I ordered on October 5th. After nothing recieved by the 22nd I emailed to check the status. Roland in their customer service department on the 25th let me know the package was lost in transit and they were going to personally email me with the new tracking number. I got the tracking number then the Hurricane hit on the east coast so there was no change on the status. I am now over a month waiting on this order. Awesome.*Update: It showed up today 11/10. I am happy with the functionality overall, but there are some scratches. This was definitely not worth the wait."

"After e-mailing daily for a week the package finally shipped. Mind you this was a week after they issued me a UPS tracking number and had no updates. OOPS! it didn't make it out w/ the rest of the items that day [and sat around for a week]. It's been shipped now but I doubt it's the correct item since UPS tracking shows it as 1LB and it should be in the 3-4LB range. Don't even bother trying to get a real person to talk to you though, the phone number listed on the Credit Card charge will not put you through to someone, just a message and then it hangs up."
