"I bought a present for my son for Christmas. It was going to be his main present so really needed it in time. I have been promised so many times that I would receive it and that it was just delayed. They never reply to messages through Facebook, direct messages or Twitter. I had no choice but to cancel the order rather than risk an upset child on Christmas Day. I am . Just so happy that I used PayPal and they refunded me so I could then buy from amazon. They should be ashamed of themselves as a business. "

Disgusted with the customer service and cheek of this company! Trading Standards has been informed!

"Do not order from this drop shipping company! They do not have s warehouse or any stock ! They offer great items for less but it is indeed to good to be true! I recently spent £70 on Xmas gifts for my two children! I placed my order on the 5th November all items showing in stock with a dispatch date of 6-7th November brill !! Two weeks later and my items were yet to be posted! I contacted there very poor customer services who basically said they would look into the matter .... several emails later and still no items dispatched I asked for a refund ! They refused to refund me! And told me once I got the items to just send them back ???? But they haven’t been sent out so I want to cancel my order! I got one email stating one item will be delivered at the end of January!!!!! Are they taking the biscuit? I contacted them every day for 5 days email after email! Eventually they cancelled my order and promised a refund ! Today I checked my bank to find a refund of £38 not £70 so yet again I need to contact them I’m so angry!!! Do not order it’s disgusting! I’ve emailed trading Standards!!!!!!"

Don't hold your breath

"Awful. Had an issue i wanted to discuss re my order. Asked them to call me as would be so much quicker. They don't do phones..! This is the 21st century, get a mobile.! All done by email and takes 24-36 hours to get a reply. What a waste of time. Awful customer service. I gave up in the end. Just wasn't worth my time to complain and get nowhere.."

Is it a real site at all?

"I placed my order on 19.10.17 and order confirmation arrived per email. Second email arrived on 21.10.17 saying "your order is not shipped, sorry for delay...". A few days later I tried to log in and check my order status. 1) The login fields are not working correctly. Nothing appears on screen, but the letters are still there and login is possible. 2) once entered my account there was a message saying "you have no orders do far" 3) after 3 days communication with the customer support they told me that my order was cancelled because they don`t deliver to this address. Nobody informed me for the problem, nobody asked about another address. I`m happy my card was not charged, but I`m worried if my credit card information is in good hands now."

SHOCKING COMPANY

"SIX TIMES I REQUESTED A INVOICE FROM THEM FOR MY NEW KENWOOD CHEF. SO I COULD REGISTER IT WITH KENWOOD. SIX TIMES THEY EMAILED ME BACK SAYING ONE WAS ON IT'S WAY.IN THE END I EMAILED THEM SAYING I WAS GIVING UP AS THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF SENDING ONE, AND AGAIN THEY SAID ONE IS BEING SENT. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE, I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL TRADING. PART OF THE HUT GROUP WHICH IS KNOWN FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IWOT IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. BE WARNED!"

The customer is always wrong

"We bought a voucher for our daughter's Christmas present. The voucher was valid for 10 months. When she looked for it in September she couldn't find it. "Don't worry, " I said, "They will have a record. They will replace it! It's still valid. "
I was so wrong! No record, they didn't know who the supplier was, their customer service system is almost impossible to access and then I find that if you don't ask for another voucher inside 40 days you can just forget it! And don't forget we're not talking about actual goods....this is just a piece of paper. Don't bother. Don't buy anything from this dreadful company!

Unhelpful and slow

"November: I ordered three items at the end of November, hoping that they would be with me by Christmas. One item was dispatched and I then received an email over a week later stating that the other two items had not yet been dispatched.
December: I finally received a dispatch email for the remaining two items and the estimated date of arrival was the 21st of December. The two items did not arrive.
January: I got in contact with IWOOT and they kindly offer a refund or replacement items. As the Christmas-themed items were completely useless in January, I requested a refund. I get an email the next day stating: "As you have request a replacement item for (two items) this will be sent from our supplier in the next 48 hours".
I contacted IWOOT again stating that I did not request replacements, but rather, a refund. They then said, "I am sorry to hear that you wanted a refund and not a replacement but we have sent you a replacement out but I have raised this with the relevant department and should get a update in the next 24-48 hours."
Nearly February: I contact IWOOT as have had no update. Items still not received.
Their reply: Items have not even left the warehouse yet, will be being dispatched shortly.
I can't help but think that they are purposely being greatly unhelpful....

Awful service no delivery over 2 months for refund

I bought 2 christmas jumpers from iwoot on next day delivery just before Christmas. Neither were dispatched before Christmas despite them being in stock. In between Christmas and new year I emailed them (as I couldn't find a phone number), they said they had 'warehouse issues' and would be with me soon. I asked them to cancel the items as they were Christmas gifts and no longer any use, they couldn't apparently.
Then January comes and they still aren't here, end of January I tell them enough is enough and demand a refund. They claim one has been posted and the other is in process and couldn't be cancelled and to wait and see if they turn up. Beginning of Feb they are both marked as dispatched on 'next day delivery' since that's what I paid for. Nothing came, I contacted them again to say I have received nothing and they asked me to wait a few days and see. Still nothing SURPRISE. 16th Feb I filled out a refund form and sent it off to them asking for my £50+postage back. They had provided me with an email address to send it to. I had no confirmation of the email and no reply. Today is 27th Feb and still heard nothing at all back from them. I just emailed them again but it seems now they have no more excuses they have just decided to ignore me and annoyingly I can't find a phone number to speak to a person on, Last time I use iwoot, and I recommend people stay clear. Awful company. Awful customer services.

"I recently ordered three Motorola universal portable charges for various electronic devices. IWOOT (I Want One of Those) described the goods as 'in stock' and 'usually dispatched within 24 hours'. The following day I received a message informing me that the item had been dis patched.Nothing happened for a further two weeks, so I got in touch with IWOOT to say the items had not arrived. I received an email from 'Alex', who stated 'You will shortly receive another email which contains instructions on how to return your goods.' Obviously he or she had not read my message carefully enough. Meanwhile, the goods arrived delivered from a Belgian address. It seems that IWOOT outsources its orders, and raises the question of what it means to say that an item is 'dispatched' or 'in stock', and how one returns goods that one has not received. I fear that IWOOT has just lost a customer!"

"Awful! Sent me confirmation that the item had been despatched. 10 days later I received an email asking me to rate the product. When I checked with the courier the told me that it hadn't arrived at their warehouse. I informed IWOOT who told me that there had been a problem at their end and that the product was no longer available and that they would refund me. When I told them that this was unacceptable they offered me £10 to spend at IWOOT!"

"Do not touch this website with a ten foot barge pole even if what you want is more expensive elsewhere, spend the extra couple of quid and save yourself the hassle. I bought a Toy Soldier Shaped Door Stop Homeguard from iwoot for my new flat. It arrived promptly within 2 days which I thought was impressive however when I opened the box I the item was scratched all over and had grate big gouges in it which someone at some point had tried to fix with what looked like poly filler. It was obvious that this wasn't down to delivery as it was really well packed. I sent the item back for a replacement (which btw took forever) and when it finally arrived not only was it exactly the same one that I sent back in the first place, it arrived more damaged than when I returned it. They clearly don't check their stock before shipping and when you make a complaint they don't seem to care. Lucky for me I finally managed to get a refund. Lesson learned I will never use this website EVER again!"

"Caution: Also go by (IWOOT) I placed an order with this store from the UK and after they sent me an e-mail. Stating I needed to photocopy my credit card and credit card statement and either e-mail or fax it to them to process the order. They said it was for security reason. I told them it was not going to happen that is invasion of privacy and canceled the order. It is your choice.
