"I placed this order on 12/9. Eventually Fed Ex tracking showed it stuck in WV for 9 days, then in Forest Park IL for 6 days, and now it shows it going to WI (I live in IL). I have "opened tickets" with this company daily and have not yet received a response from them. Never order from this company!!!"

"This is a great website/store. I received the product I purchased exactly as described. The people at IHTHT even personally called me after I logged a ticket. I dont understand the reviews below saying they never respond, not only did I get an email response, but as mentioned I received a phone call!
Would definitely recommend.
Shipping does take a couple days to be sent out, but that is clearly stated on their website (it says up to 10 business days)

"I ordered from them on june 10th. After about a week and a half of waiting I emailed them asking where my items were. They replied back that they had been shipped. Fast forward to August 2nd... I email them again asking where my items were AGAIN..they said they're sorry for the inconvenience and expect my items to be shipped within 24 hours. So in like 5 more days it will be a whole month since I placed my order.
I learned my lesson. Shop elsewhere.

"DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought an Acia Nutraburst supplement from them on May 2, 2009 $ was to recieve monthly shipments at $15 per month. It is now July 10, the have charged my credit card over $130 & I have never recieved anything. I am on the phone with the credit card company now. I also have sent an email (the only way to contact them) & have yet to get a response."

"Ordered a memory card on 1-22. 3 weeks later it still said processing. I opened a ticket and asked why it was taking so long to ship. Never got a response, but they sent an email saying it shipped. I received a sealed envelope today with an invoice in it and absolutely nothing else!!!!. I have written them and filed a paypal dispute. What a joke!"

"I ordered 2 HDMI cables on 1/6/09. On 1/8/09, I received an email stating that the merchandise had SHIPPED. Not that the shipping label had been printed, but that the order had been shipped. It is now 1/14/09 and the USPS website shows that the electronic shipping info has been received but that the package is not even in their hands yet. As the previous reviewer stated, I will never again be ordering from this company again."

"I ordered an item they had on their site on 11/14/08 and was finally sent a tracking number on 11/22/08. That's all fine, except for the fact that the shipper (UPS) was just electronically notified and paid for the package today 11/24/08 and does not have the package yet. I'm sorry, but 10 days to ship out my order is crazy. It was a full business week and two weekends and the package isn't even in the UPS system yet, so it will probably be picked up tomorrow. I doubt I'll ever order anything from this place again. I took a chance and so far this is not a good experience at all."

"Purchased 4 iRiver H10 20GB MP3 players from this website. They were advertised as "New - Retail" with a 12 month Warranty. When I received them, they were in a plain white box that clearly said "Refurbished" and "90 Day Warranty".

Trying to get a response out of these people is like pulling teeth. The only way you can contact them is by creating a "support ticket". I created such a ticket 10 days ago. It took them 4 days to respond. They said they were sorry and offered to replace the units with "new" ones. I said no thanks, I would like a full refund. That was 6 days ago and I have yet to get another response from them!

The units they were selling as "new" have now been changed to indicate "refurbished" so they obviously never had "new" units to begin with.

They also give "points" for each purchase, which can supposedly be used to purchase additional items, but they have yet to offer any items that can be purchased with these so-called "points".

They have a page that describes the point system. It lists 3 steps; Step 1, buy stuff and earn points. Step 2, save those points until you see something you want. Step 3, trade them in for free stuff or chances to win stuff- you choose! (step 3 is coming soon, we promise but until then keep earning and saving those points!)

What a joke!
