Returns Policy is Ridiculous

"I ordered a part that their website said would fit the make and model of my car. It was left unopened and in perfect condition and did not fit my car. They refused to refund me so I could buy the correct part from their website. I will never shop from this website again!"

Important Parts/ Order Cancelled

"I ordered these parts on a Friday. They waited until the following Tuesday to cancel my order and tell me they were out of stock. This was after I called them on the day before(Monday) to get an update on my order. My question is why list items as "in stock" online when they are actually out of stock and on backorder. Sounds like web support and sales are not on the same page. I will not use this site again for buying parts online. PartsGeek.com was better for my important needs.. "

Wrong part hoop jumping...

"Ordered a very specific part number spark plug to ensure I got the revised design for my engine. All paperwork matched but the product had 2 digits swapped. Easy mistake, no big deal pobody's nerfect. Except I had to initiate an RMA request to return the wrong item and get the correct one which meant taking photos to submit and get approved. A pain, but I get it. After that I'm notified my RMA was rejected as this is an electrical part and not subject to return. Obviously that's not going to fly. Try to explain that while I understand the policy I was sent the wrong item. Crickets. Tried to call, hold for 30 minutes then call disconnects. Send email again. Days go by I reach out again this time explaining if I don't hear back I will return them to the address they came from and have CC charge back the amount. More crickets. Last chance call, finally get someone to explain the situation to. She says approval is needed to confirm I got the wrong parts, she'll email me once it's approved. Finally get RMA and shipping label to return wrong item. Over a week later I got the right parts. Good price and legit Hyundai parts but too much trouble for what should have been a simple correction to make."

Customer submitted an RMA Request on 03/11/2024 claiming he received the wrong parts. We agreed to approve the customer's RMA request on 03/15 and provided a replacement to the customer.Now the replacement is delivered by USPS on 03/20/2024.
