"when I received my floor mats I was excited but when I opened the box and inspected the items I was so disappointed in the quality and immediately took pictures and contacted the company.They told me to send the pictures so I did..never receiveda response so I called them back and they said they would send me out a new set.that was over a week ago and I received an email that said they was going to send me a return label through the mail and when they received their product back they would send me new ones. I wasn't very happy with that so I called them and ask why they wouldn't email me a return label and why I had to return the product before they shipped out new ones and they hung up on me. So I called back and ask to speak to a manager and she told me she was sorry about what happened and said she would email me the label.I still have not receive my new floor liners and they sent the label usps..needless to say I am not happy with my purchase of over 200 dollars for a product that was poor quality and being treated like a child more or less......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL "

If the person packing the item is not watchful, an edge can get folded in and can cause the part to temporarily become misshapen. Once removed from the box the parts will almost always relax back to their formed shape. If not, Husky Liners will send replacement parts at no cost.”
