They pointed us to the right transmitters for our radios and then Hurricane Michael hit our hometown. "I pulled up the site looking for radio to assist with farm work. I had a couple of radios in mind. I used the chat system, asked a few questions, let them know the primary use and was given several options. They helped me package several things together and had the radios shipped the next day! I was informed the headsets on the order were on back order and they would try their hardest to get them out. I was given a date of approx June 20th for shipment. They were shipped by the 8th. If any radio needs arise in the future I will only use HQ98.
