"This company has unacceptably poor communication with customers.

After I placed an order for a camera from this company, they had me call to confirm my order, which I did promptly. They offered an accessory package, which I declined without hassle. After a week, I noticed that my credit card had not yet been charged, so I called to ask if there was a problem with the order. They said that the camera was on backorder and that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could ship it. They asked if I wanted them to continue to process my order, which I did (it sounded as if the order would have fallen through the cracks if I hadn't called).

In any case, I waited a month more without hearing a word from them. Finally I called again. They said that because the model was discontinued they weren't sure when they would have any more, if they would ever receive any more, that is, the fellow said. They did have a few of that model in stock in special "Father's Day Gift Packages" (for a higher price). I canceled my order.

"These guys are another one of those places which advertise great prices but, when you fail to buy and accessories, your item is put on backorder and your order drops into a black hole. Stay away from these
guys!
