Houseofinkjet is sooooooooooooo much better than before!!!!!!!!

"I guess they have sold the company to someone else, and the new manager Im really happy with, 1st I need to say that I have heard this website from my coworker she has been ordering from them for a while, but there are some issue with I heard, since this year there is no more problem, I am starting to ordering from them beginning of Feb, they offer lots of coupon code when you subscribe. shipping is fast. hopefully this help for all others. "

Bad Experience Here

I gave my existing project to this company to customize and make it live. But they did not complete it. They charged me the amount first and even after depositing the amount but they did not completed my project and have not even refunded my amount yet.
But Thanks to God I was introduced to the company named MS Global Inc. now my Existing Website is live and up and running.
They also offered me the 6 months maintenance service. Sharing with all of you their Skype ID and website as well, must try this company.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

"I placed an order online for 3 Brother toner cartridges (TN-450 high yield toner cartridges) and a new drum (DR-420), as well as HP ink cartridges (10 pack consisting of 2 XL black cartridges and 2 of each color (yellow, cyan, and magenta) which are HP950/951 cartridges). The Brother toner worked fine, but none of the HP cartridges worked. My printer displayed "cartridge appears to be damaged." It took many telephone calls to finally reach a person named Carolyn at House of Inkjet on April 21, 2016. My voice mail messages were not returned. I advised Carolyn that I had been trying to reach someone by calling for over a week, but my voice mail messages had not been returned. Carolyn stated that they would replace the HP cartridges. She further advised me that they most likely received a shipment of defective cartridges from their supplier, which happens sometimes. Carolyn said that the box containing replacement cartridges will be sent via USPS and include a return postage slip to send the defective cartridges back to House of Inkjet. She also stated that I would receive an e-mail with tracking information. To date, I have not received an e-mail or replacement cartridges! Over 30 telephone calls and an e-mail on 5/4/16 to House of Inkjet, none of which have been returned. On 5/13/16 Carolyn picked-up my call and disconnected (hung-up) after 1 1/2 minutes. No one answered the phone when I called back (many times). This company does not care about customer service or selling damaged items! Since this time, my Brother printer needed the drum replaced, and the drum was defective as well. Save your money and your time by shopping elsewhere!"

"This is a "no response" vendor. They shipped defective cartridges, charged me through a third party and have no phone number or email to communicate through. They do not respond to web contact messages although they claim they will respond quickly. I have dealt successfuly with "House of Inks" for years and falsely assumed this was who I was ordering from. My fault but I certainly fell into a hole when I ordered from this company. I WOULD NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!"

"Horrible. I received a defective toner cartridge for my Canon printer. It caused an error message on the Canon. I contacted them by email. They promised a replacement. None arrived. They don't answer their phone. Voice mail is constantly full. They have not returned any of my subsequent emails. Stay away!!"

"Perhaps the ownership has changed, but my experience was quite the opposite. I realized I had ordered the wrong cartridge immediately after the purchase and left a voicemail and email within 5 minutes of the transaction. When I finally did hear from them (via a email), they apologized stating that the "label has been made already" and in a later email, "We weren't able to catch the order." Their solution? "What you can do is as soon as you receive it send it back to us but we will have to charge you a 25% restocking fee. Thank you for your time." That's it...I pay shipping twice, they make 25%, and keep all the product for themselves. No thank you."

"They corrected MY mistake. I ordered the wrong toner cartridge for my Dell mono laserjet. When the unit arrived, I realized MY error. I e-mailed, and they sent out the right unit immediately, and gave me immediate refund on the wrong unit! WOW. It took me 10 days to send back the wrong unit. They were swift and courteous throughout. I will order from them again. No one asked me to send in this review. I am surprised that they have had not had reviews yet. "
