If I could give them a ZERO, I would!

"Ordered hot tub heater on 10/18, it's 11/7 and still no heater. I've placed about 10 calls into their phone number, sitting on hold for over 20 minutes every time and no returned calls. I've also emailed them 4 times with zero response. Worst customer service ever."

Awful!!! lies lies lies

"charges card, nothing ships, no communication at all. When you call they say it is shipping this week, then no communication for week. Call to complain and they just put you on hold, cancel the order and refund the money. No apologies, just "too bad"

BEWARE, BUY FROM SOME WHERE ELSE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

"I ordered a spa kit 7 business days ago. The webpage of my item says ships in 1 business day, and 5-7 days shipping. I called today to cancel order, they tole me they couldn't cancel because it went out lase night, that he couldn't pull it off the pallet. I said I had not received the email with the tracking information, he said I would receive it today. the tracking number email goes out at the end of the day, but yet he said he can pull it off the pallet. 2 different stories, complete run around. also false advertisement about shipping. reading other reviews this is normal business practices for this company. "

Order elsewhere, this company is basically a scam

"Ordered a pump that stated "instock" in their website, amazon and another website. they were the cheapest around. Unfortunately they never shipped the pump.
2 emails later no answer.
Called and sat on hold for 20 min. Once I wasted my lunch hour they said pump was NOT in stock. I got a refund another week later. Horrible company.
I'm still waiting on a second order that I place 2 days after pump order. wish I paid $15 more from other companies so my tub would be up and running.

Bad Customer Service

"It's just about a month now from when I ordered it. It was lost in the mail and they told me they had to wait 15 days to make a claim. I asked the again and was told I should make the claim. I feel it's 100% their obligation to make sure the items, when lost, are dealt with professionally. They can't be bothered. I would avoid using this company...No customer service."

SHOP ANYWHERE BUT HERE

"Trying to return something to this place has been a literal nightmare:

I can see that it was returned and a representative contacted you shortly after it was returned.

They had called and left a voicemail because this item was returned without the original packaging.

It was wrapped in saran wrap, the item comes with a certain plastic casing that goes around the suction clips.

I apologize as this was rejected by the warehouse and we cannot accept back for a refund.

We can ship it back to you at your expense if you want it back.

"After waiting a few weeks on my order I have emailed the company multiple times I have called the company and no response. They they charged my account immediately and months later I still have no product. I had to contact my credit card and file a dispute. Do not order from this company!"

horrible service, huge delays, poor excuses

"The website claimed it was in stock with one day to ship. Two weeks later they hadn't shipped or sent a message. I called and they offered all types of BS. It is now 3 weeks and they haven't shipped.

The same thing happened the time I ordered. After a month of excuses and me complaining, the motor finally arrived. Which was the right part and all, but I was without my spa for month.

Lesson learned. They stock stock any parts. They take your order, charge your credit card, and then try to find your parts somewhere.

Delivered half the order wrong, never delivered the rest

"Terrible experience, they send the wrong size part, and the glue, meant for that part actually never came.
After 4 emails I finally got a response, they refundedicated the 4 bucks for the bottle of glue, with no explanation why they were unable to deliver it in a timely fashion , and got no resolution on the wrong part.
Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere

"TOOK MY MONEY IN NOVEMBER FOR A BAD BOARD. MADE ME PAY TO SEND IT BACK AND THEN ABOUT 3 MONTHS LATER WHEN I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD AFTER BOARD WAS BOUGHT ELSE WERE WITH NO ISSUES. WHEN THEY WERE TOLD I HAD TO GET ONE ELSE WERE BECAUSE OF NO CONTACT THEY ONE MANAGER DECIDED NOT TO SEND BOARD AND TO SCREW THIS SENIOR CITIZEN OUT OF 148 DOLLARS PLUS MADE ME SEND THERE CRAP PART BACK JUST SO THEY COULD TELL ME MONTHS LATER WHAT WAS ALREADY KNOWN BECAUSE THEY HAD ME CONTACT WELLNESS GROUP . WALKINS TO TROUBLE SHOOT.
THEY EVEN KNOW WHEN IT'S YOU CALLING. DURING THERE BIZ HOURS I HAVE DOCUMENTED PHONE HOLD TIMES BEYOND 45 MINUETS JUST SO YOU HANG UP. I ALSO HAD TO PAY 18 DOLLAR'S TO SEND THERE KNOWN CRAP BACK. ALSO WAS TOLD THAT AFTER 75 DAYS I WOULD BE PAID BACK. WELL THAT DAY CAME AND WENT OVER THIRTY DAYS.
