Am I crazy, or did that just change?

"Don't waste your time with this site. I ordered a couple shirts, specifically because of they had thumb holes and I work outside a lot during the winter. The shirts i received, although nice shirts and in a timely manner, do not have the holes as described and shown in the picture. After 2 unanswered emails, I finally got a response that the shirts never were described as having holes. I checked the description of the shirts on the site for the fifth time in 3 days, and lo and behold, the description makes no mention of the thumb holes. I'll keep the shirts because I don't want to hassle with the return and their customer service, based on these reviews, but I'll never shop there again. Shoulda looked at these reviews first. Buyer Beware!"

"Purchased 2 items - then cancelled on 11/23 - they would not acknowledge that I cancelled the order and even after numerous e-mails unanswered finally I received notice they had received my cancellation - BUT they shipped them anyway and charged paypal - I then had to go through the process of returning what I did not want in the first place and dispute it as an unauthorized charge - still paypal would not credit my account until H&M received the merchandise back - so was out my money since 17th when they charge my order before they shipped it on the 11/27. These people are SCAM artists - STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!"

"CROOKS! THIEVES! CONS! CRIMINALS! SCAMMERS!
Do NOT waste your time or money ordering from this scum! As others have stated, it's a complete RIP OFF! They generate FAKE TRACKING after you file a claim with PayPal. As explained to me at my local Post Office, the tracking shows computer ANTICIPATED events. Never a SCANNED PACKAGE! Shame on the USPS for allowing this garbage to go on! These crooks have a history of running this game. I can imagine a large percentage of unsuspecting idiots never follow up...and just kiss their money goodbye! NOT ME! DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! BUYER BEWARE!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

"Dont use..Horrible shipping.. i ordered my product or February 28th from any other company they would already be here. Luckily i only spent 15$ but i will never order from them again and definitely will check reviews before buy from a company ive never heard of. Buyer beware!!!"

"AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Took company 4 days to do anything. Scam artists. Going to take legal action against them, thankfully I have a friend that loves litigating with scum like this.
Just dont let this happen....
File complaint with BBB.
File complaint with FTC for unfair trade practices.
File complaint with NY State Attorney Generals Office.
I eagerly await to see if they violate my privacy as they have been warned, that's federal money :P

"“THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM” Let me explain. You order something from them and they create a false tracking number. They do this by using the US Postal Service tracking numbers but never ship the merchandise. “Yes, never!” Anyone can create a tracking number however! It is not activated until merchandise has shipped. I placed an order two years ago from this company. They did the same thing. Fortunately for me I caught on to them within a couple of days. I was able to get my money back by going to my bank but it took over a month. Having someone answering phones is new for them. I still get emails from them soliciting business. Use your bank or credit card Company, and keep a record of all your dealings with them and you will get your money back eventually. "

"Worst customer service on planet earth!! Do yourself a favor and save the headache and order from somewhere else! I ordered 9 youth jersey type shirts last week and they immediately withdrew the money from my account. To me, that means that shipping is imminent. Wrong! Every time I checked the status, it just said 'processing'. I called and left a voice message and didn't get a call back, so I called yesterday and spoke with 'Cindy' who is quiet possibly the rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered. I was told that shipping 'may happen within the week', so I informed her that I needed the shirts quicker than that and was told that I should have written that in the comments section of the order. Really?? I demanded a refund and was told my refund info would be emailed to me. Within 20 minutes of the conversation, I instead received an email stating that there was already a tracking number attached to my order and that it was already on a truck and that a refund was not possible 'this late in the game' but that I could return the merchandise once I received it. Although they claim my package had a tracking number, they didn't provide me with that number, so once again, I call and encounter Cindy again. She was equally as rude as the first time I talked to her. She gave me a tracking number that did not work and asked me to wait until tomorrow to look up the tracking info. I asked to speak with her supervisor or manager and she informed me that she didn't know his number and that he wasn't even at his desk to speak with me but that he would be in later and would call me. Needless to say, I never received a phone call from him. After I threatened to call the Postal Inspector and report their company as fraudulent to my bank, I now have a working tracking number. Now after reading the other horrible reviews, I'm worried that either I won't get the package in a timely manner, the order will be wrong, or the items will be damaged. Please do not order from this company! These places are a dime a dozen and these people do not deserve our business!!"

"I too wish I had read the messages posted here before I placed an order. I am going on vacation on September 12th and all the items I purchased were very much needed. The order said up to 8 business days. It is now September 9th and I still had not received an email stating my order was shipped. I called today I was given a mountain of excuses. There were Holidays, that if I look at the shipping information...blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!!! Well guess what folks I do all my shopping online. I ordered from Amazon, Zappos, EBAY. All my orders with the same amount of Holidays came promptly in fact some surprised me and came earlier than I expected. Today the Customer Service Rep told me my order had not even shipped yet!!! I told her do not ship it I want my money back. I will never do business with this company again. Do yourself a favor, keep from getting frustrated, you've been warned. "

"Don't order from them. They have very slow shipping times and WILL NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER IF YOU REQUEST IT! If you insist on them canceling they will lie and tell you it's in shipping already. They do this so they can do a return and charge you a restock fee... Even though they never sent anything! I was told they got the order back from USPS. I know this is harder than going to the moon and there is no way they got the order back from the post office. Just another LIE!"

"I just received my first order from this company. Prices are very competitive and the quality of the items they sell is excellent. The shipping process may be a bit slow, but as long as you are aware of that when you make your purchase, be assured that you will get what you paid for. Furthermore the customer service at this site is excellent. They do respond to emails as quickly as possible, as well as making themselves available on a toll free line during their active business hours. You may wait a bit for your order, but you will never be disappointed when all is said and done. I have no doubts that you will become a return customer like myself."

"This is a good news update. After calling many times without leaving a message because their mailbox was "full", and writing several emails without getting a response, I filed a dispute and then a claim with PayPal to get a refund. I now have a cancelled order and a refund. If you do not get your order, call your credit card company and file a dispute/claim. It may help.
Original message: I ordered items on December 5, 2012. I did not get shipping notice so I called and sent several emails. Phone message system was "filled" and I did not receive replies to my emails. I asked PayPal to dispute this payment. They tried to contact Hosiery and More. On December 18, 2012 I received an email from Hosiery and More that my items have been back ordered and will be sent when available. Their service is terrible, they take payment and do not ship items. There is no way to contact them. I will continue to try to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scamming the public and should be closed.

"Bought two pairs of leggings and returned them in the same packaging since the first package had been damaged (since I opened it). I got a refund for ONE item and they refused to acknowledge that I returned TWO pairs because I guess they didn't want to check the package. They replied, "We received your package and there was only one pair of leggings enclosed. A credit has been issued accordingly. No further action will be taken." How dare they assume that I was the one who was wrong! Oh, and they didn't reply back. Go figure. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I reported them to the BBB, I will never shop here again."
