Merch never received

"Placed an order on July 3rd. No updates, no shipping notification, so I asked them to cancel the order. Without reply, I submitted a claim via my bank because the shop had taken my money without sending my merch..I can't even get an email reply from them. It's July 18th..still no updates, no replies, no refund, no merch. Terrible customer service, terrible process."

great stuff and got it fast!

"Ordered a couple of figures and shirts from them about 2 weeks ago and they showed up without issue! I read a few comments and as some shirts are made to order it does take a few days but it is worth the wait! And the figures were packaged so well!!

Will definitely be a returning customer!!

Still waiting...

"Went with by 3 get 2 free deal received 2 that I picked and 1 mystery shirt. So emailed them to find out what was taking so long on the rest of my order just to find out 1 shirt I had picked was out of stock. Re ordered still nothing over a month later."

Horrible

"I ordered 4 shirts and was supposed to get a free one with it. I received only 3 shirts after 4 months. They finally responded and said everything was in the order and there would be no refund. What a scam!! Never again!!!!"

SCAM

"Ordered a hoodie that online says in stock. It has been months since ordered sending multiple emails of them saying it will ship eventually. Why the F you have on your site IN STOCK when it clearly is not. If I'm not getting my order i want my refund and when asking for that no one wants to respond. Do not trust this website, it's a full scam. Don't believe that they have anything to sell. I wouldn't have to put you on blast if you responded or gave my refund back "

"Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I never received my order and it had been about a month. I tried to reach out to them four times and they didn’t respond. I finally disputed the charges on my credit card. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! "

Luckly only out $22.58

"I ordered a pre order item of the Childs Play Cereal Box. I was charged $22.58 October 2018. It is now end of May 2019 and I have not received the item or a release date. As you can see, the people over at horrormerch.com have plenty of time to respond to reviews with snarky sarcasm. You should always avoid companies that behave this way. Like I said, luckily Im only out $22.58.

The first email asking where my stuff is they will send a generic reply to check the website, which offers no release date. A couple of months later, I asked again and got a more personal response saying around Feb 2019. I think I reached out again and they told me July, but I cant find that email, nor do I expect to receive it in the mail. Also their emails say they will update me asap, but come on now, coming on to a year and no updates. Unprofessional.

After that, I stopped caring. Like I said, $22.58 down the hole. Not the biggest crime for me.

I would not order a Pre Order from HorrorMerch.com unless it has a release date.

You will never experience this with Fright Rags.

"Absolute SCAM of a company! What kind of business will deduct the funds immediately when the product(s) ordered aren't even available? What kind of business will post specific dates and guarantee delivery as to when your order will be fulfilled only to then say "well, those are just guesses" after the order hasn't been fulfilled THREE WEEKS LATER? What kind of business deletes and blocks any customer contacting them through social media, since their customer service e-mail is a complete joke, with negative experiences? A SCAM. HorrorMerch.com is absolute FRAUD."

“As noted at the time of purchase - the item you ordered was a PRE ORDER ITEM. There are not ANY GUARANTEED RELEASE/SHIPDATES posted any where on the product title, description or even in the pre-order/restock release list listed at: https://horrormerchstore.com/blogs/news/pre-order-updates

The pre-order guarantees that you will receive the item once it arrives before it sells out, however there are no guarantees (due to possible manufacturer delays, shipping delays in our warehouse receiving the figure, etc) that it will be shipped/arrive before a selected date.

Also, if you insult us via social media and do not follow the correct instructions on contacting us via the website, which was also instructed multiple times - you may be blocked if you are abusing the social media resources or creating a disturbance for other customers.

If you have a question, ask it via the helpdesk, if you're going to abuse social media, you may be limited on your future interactions there.

Updated: 05/13 - as noted in our previous comments, emails and other ways of contacting you as you have left comments on multiple other sites - your items are shipping out today AS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE that would ship out this week. They have been sent via UPS signature mail and will require a signature to verify that you have received them”

terrible customer service

"I purchased a pre-order in August and it was suppose to be ready in December. It is April 9th and haven't received my purchase. I have NEVER been updated on purchase, and I was NEVER informed the order wasn't going to be shipped out in December. There wasn't a delay when they took my money; but when it comes to updates or communication it's just non-existent. Notice that their rebuttals with all the negative reviews on here, they take zero responsibility. How is everyone else wrong except for them? "

“It sounds like what you pre-ordered has not been released as of yet. We do have a release schedule posted on the website and also respond to emails that are sent to us via the helpdesk on the website to give you updated info as it is available. Once your item has been released it will be shipped out, if it has been delayed (as this sometimes occurs) it will be shipped once the new release dates are available and they are released. If they are newly released, they are shipped out in the order the purchases are received and will be shipped out as soon as it comes to be your turn in line. Again, if you have ANY questions, you can check out the release schedule on the website OR contact the helpdesk on the website for more info. Posting here will not help answer your question as we do not know what you ordered - or when it will be released/shipped.”

Great Selection and Great Site!

"Ive ordered from these guys many times and catch them at Monster Mania when they are in town. Pleasant to chat with and great quality of shirts! Will order again and again from them.

In reading some of these comments it seems that people are just complaining and do not actually contact the support email on the website to fix their issues.

They are not hard to reach and are very helpful. If you have a question - ask them!

Avoid this joke of a "company"

"I ordered a costume last October. It's now February of the next year. My order still has not shipped. There was no indication that the item was out of stock or back ordered. When I asked for a refund I was told there are 'no refunds' There is no phone number to contact the "company" and you'll be lucky to get an email response.
There is no way this is a legitimate company. I have no doubt that the guy running this joke is doing it out of his parents basement.
