"Great Price, Good Product but highly disappointing customer service. I ordered it and opted for store pickup (Since I'm in the neighborhood of Santa Clara, I got the order confirmation and was charged for the product however when I went to pick up the store was closed for renovation. The order confirmation did not tell me that it can not be picked up till next week. I had to cancel the order. However when I reordered next week the same thing happened again. I had to wait two weeks to get the product I purchased. They could have done a better job by posting a message on the web page that the store is under renovation and all the orders will be sent out after certain duration rather they chose to harrass their customers. Totally unprofessional behaviour."
