"I tried to cancel my order only 10 minutes after purchase. I sent emails, set up return. Waited 5 days for response, still shipped out after 5 days. Never responded, or processed my return. Stuck with part I don't need. Customer service is awful. :("
"Ordered rear splash guards and gave my vin # to ensure proper part. When received they did not fit. Called them for a return shipment label and was informed that they don't pay for return shipments, even if wrong part received. They overcharged me for shipping it to me, and then wanted me to ship it back too. Bad company to deal with. Shop elsewhere."
"I ordered an aftermarket full nose mask for my 2007 Accord EXL, and it didn't fit very well so I returned it. I looked at a factory nose mask at my local Honda dealer, but found the very same item (comparing part# to part#) at Hondapartsoverstock, so I ordered it and saved about 30% over the local dealer's price (including local sales tax). The nose mask fit as expected and looks great!!"
"Part came in damaged, tried to call, but phone number doesn't work. No reply to e-mails. There is no customer service, so beware if your part comes in wrong or damaged. I would not suggest taking the chance. Not worth it!!!!"
"I purchased window washer nozzles to replace originals tyhat have become clogged. The ne ones work well. A little pricey. I also ordered the rubber gaskets that fit beneith the nozzles for $5+ each. When the order arrived I discovered the nozzles included the gaskets. I now have two extra nozzles at $10+. To return them would cost more money. A waste. The description of the nozzles should state the gaskets are included."

They have a non-working phone number kinda really makes me think they do not have a very good upstanding business practice.
