After I checked out, I saw that there was a 10% discount for first-time customers. But this wasn't reflected in my total. So, I called their Customer Service and spoke with Vivian. She was very friendly and explained to me that I needed to input the coupon code before I checked out. I think I closed off a window with that code when it appeared. Anyway, she said charged back the 10% to my card immediately. This was an extremely pleasant experience. And I would absolutely buy from them, again, in the future.
