"Homebuilder Wholesale is a joke. I ordered a part for a gas line that I was putting in and after about a week I called and they told me they didn't have it but it would be there that Monday. So by Wednesday I called in again to see why I did not receive any shipping information yet and they again lied to me and said they were receiving it soon. When I called back in (mind you this is already about three weeks after I already ordered the part) I spoke to the supervisor and she told me it was backordered so I would have to wait about another month. She also told me that it was their fault so they would overnight it to me. While I was looking around on the internet to order a new part I saw they were advertising on ebay that they had actually had six in stock at homebuilder homesales. I called in and they of course told me that they were not actually in stock (false advertisement). Homebuilder wholesale and plumberstock are the only two online companies that carry this product and at least plumberstock stated there was a three week wait on it. So anyway they are finally sending my product (its been about 1.5 months) and guess what it seems they conveniently forgot to overnight it like they said they would. So if you are buying from this company just beware that they dont mind constantly lieing to you rather then being upfront and fixing their mistakes."
"I was very happy with the HVAC Duct Fan I ordered. It solved the problem I had where one of my rooms wasn't getting enough heat after putting in the duct fan there was plenty of heat. The item shipped the same day I ordered it. It took a week to get here though that seemed a little long but that I'm sure was UPS's fault"

Because I bought some other plumbing items from homebuilderwholesale.com and everything went very smooth with my transaction I decided to call them up and see if they could help me locate the hard to find items I needed. The Lady I talked to was very knowledgeable and was able to find the parts and get them shipped to me directly from the manufacture. "I ordered several products from this company in September 2011. After finally receiving the items well over A MONTH later, I found that three of the items were damaged and needed to be discarded and replaced. I immediately called in to have them replaced and it is now almost THREE months later and I have yet to receive them.After several calls and unfullfilled promises I made one last attempt to have this issue corrected. Once again, I received the run around and ended up having my credit card refunded. The hand sanitizer and dispensers I ordered for my office that were not damaged, are set to expire next month. What a scam and terrible customer service! "
"This online merchant is a sham. I ordered some manhole steps from them. Was able to talk to someone on phone once. Person claimed they would ship the product "soon." That was 2 months ago. Still nothing. They don't answer email. BTW, the credit card number used was stolen soon after they received it. Coincidence? STAY AWAY FROM THESE HUCKSTERS!!!!"
"This site was so much easier to use then going to the store and looking at a bunch of boxes while sales people hound you to buy the more expensive one. most everything had a good picture and everything I ordered was in stock! I had everything shipped 2nd day air and I had tracking the same day I ordered it.
The only downside was trying to get some custom items they said it could take up to 2 weeks but that's probably anywhere you go."
