"one of the worst experiences i ever had. i have called the hotline and requested to change my order to just 1 quantity on 9 Aug, and followed up with an email with my ID and CC info, which instructed by the CSO that i've spoken to. He told me he has made a note in the system but i did not received any updated Order information. "Bought a Huawei Mobile Wifi from them. Good price, swift delivery, but only to find out that not only it looked used, damaged packaging but also probably stolen - while the ad said it was 'unlocked', I noticed 'Zong' written on a sticker inside. When contacted HSN's CS, they asked to return the device through courier and promised a refund in 3-4 days. While I promptly returned back the device, it's been over 3 weeks now and I am still waiting for my refund despite several follow ups. Every time I get a message from them saying "our refund request has been sent to the finance department and they will process it in a week". Pathetic and disappointing. It's outfits like HSN which bring a bad name to online shopping in the country"

They do seem to get new stuff quicker than others and often one can find hard to find market products at their shop.

Prices are moderate to high with additional premium if you are looking for a warranty. I usually order only those things which are not available or come to local market and for which i don't have the patience to wait. Though you can order anything from then using their "YouPickWeBuy" service but i have never used it so can't comment on that. "
