"I ordered 2 Blanco sinks & one arrived being the wrong color. I called Christy two days in a row to let her know about the issue & received no response at all. I had to reach out to another rep named Calvin at the company & he kept trying to refer my back to Christy. I told him that I no longer wished to work with Christy because I felt that she was unresponsive. He insisted that I do. I declined. He then asked me for photos of the incorrect sink & I did. I then did not hear back from them & had to reach out to them yet again. They then emailed me back (not even a phone call) to tell me that they were waiting for Blanco to answer them on the color problem & would get back to me when they heard from Blanco. In the mean time, I've got a project that is on a timeline & needs the proper sinks. They didn't even offer me an estimate on when I would hear back from them so they left me hanging. When I called the company back, and explained to Calvin that I am not able to wait until "whenever" they hear back from Blanco. I asked to talk to someone in management & they forced me to talk with Christy again. She told me that it was out of her hands basically & couldn't do anything about it. In the end, we decided for them to take the sink back & give me back a refund for the incorrect sink. This woman Christy was extremely unhelpful & rude. Would NEVER use this company again & would not recommend them to anyone."
