Doesn't keep their word !

"Was told , once by email and once by phone that I could return an item and that they would send me instructions by email. It has been weeks with no contact from them. Not impressed !!!!! Left messages again. We'll see ."

In spite of product descriptions were not accurate on their web site and they sent me wrong product: refund and return was refused. I put them to my own list "Never Again".

First Order

"ordering on website was easy.
Product was available as this item is not available for purchase in USA.

I placed my order on Jan 19 2022. I got my notification on 21 Jan 2022 that my order was shipped. I specifically asked for the tracking information which was provided to me on the next business day which was 24th of Jan.

Delivery time :
I received my package on 2nd of February which was within the provided time frame. Excellent guys and pricing was good, I think we should get used to paying shipping which is a standard practice and like as they say nothing comes for free

Good pople to deal with.

"Product arrived in reasonable time considering the backlog in customs because of the partial US Govt shutdown. Customer service has always been very responsive. I wild like to see a rigid box for packaging instead of the padded envelope. The inner boxes arrived somewhat crushed. No damage to the tubes and no loss of product."

Friendly. Responsive. But disorganized

"I keep this short.

I placed an order and paid extra for "overnight shipping".

After 2 business days, I still had not received any tracking information or confirmation of shipment. I phoned the outlet in PoCo and complained.

I received a quick and fair response with regards to the "out of stock" item. They should have just called me or sent an email or even sent a text. It's 2018.

They also refunded the extra money I spent for overnight shipping and offered to have it at my home in 1 business day.

Overall, I am happy I got a response. However, I only give 4 stars because I had to initiate the process after waiting 2 business days.

Communication and disorganization is a problem. However, I would do business again, only I would do it over the phone. Better yet, in person in the store.

They are friendly and helpful though. Mistakes happen and we are all human. They made an effort to appease me. Can't ask for more.

a scam and unhonest group of thiefs

"I bought health items from them and they sent me an email asking for more money after deal took place!
Here is their email:

"These guys are a disorganized bunch. Their website doesn't tell you items are out of stock. When you place an order, they also don't notify you an item is on back order. When I finally called to check the status, they couldn't find the order and I could hear him shuffling papers trying to find it. They promised to call me back when they figured it out, but they never called. I called again and asked them to cancel the back ordered item. I waited for weeks and still nothing. I called again and was told it was shipped but they couldn't provide me with a tracking number. It's been over 2 months and nothing. Do not buy from them."
