"I ordered a personalized growler/glass set for Christmas. However, since the product was on back-order and wouldn't be shipped before Christmas, they decided to cancel the order. I didn't want the order cancelled, as I would have been fine with the set arriving late. My emails to that effect went unanswered.

They should have contacted and informed me of the situation and let me decide whether to cancel the order, or let the order arrive after 12/25. Customer service was not helpful, and acted like they were doing me a favor. They wouldn't resume my order, and instead will email me when I can re-order it myself.

I've never had so much trouble giving somebody money...

"I ordered engraved scotch glasses for a christmas present and upon receiving them one of the glasses was broken.I sent a picture to the company, no response.

I called the company, was put into voicemail saying that my call couldn't be taken at this time. So I used their online customer support. Got someone by the name of Tamara and was told that since my item was customized I couldn't return my item or get any sort of refund. They wanted to send me a replacement...after seeing how well they packaged things the last thing I wanted was a replacement glass in my house around my small child and dog.

If these glasses break that easily the last thing I want is a crappy product around my family. I then asked for a phone number for a manager and was told that "she was busy but would call me later". I asked when she would call me, and if it would be today. No response.

After 3 minutes of radio silence from Tamara another person began typing "Tyler" informed me of the same thing as Tamara and I told him that I wasn't expecting a full refund since my item was personalized but that a partial refund showing that they recognized a fault on their end would be appreciated. Nope, as Tyler states, if they don't ship me a replacement item it would be "fraudulent on their end to ship me an incomplete item"...I told him i didn't want the item, to keep it and if it does come to my house I will gladly write return to sender on it, so they should save their money.

"Engraving was very small for a big 25oz mug. You can hardly see anything. Will never order from again or tell anyone about this website. I can not get my money back because it was personalized. Worst place to order. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!"

"Ordered a personalized stainless steel wine stopper. Website is user friendly and I received the order two days later, which included the time to engrave the item and ship the item. I was very impressed. Highly recommended."
