"I placed an order on April 23. It took 72 hours before I was notified(by e=mail)my order was concelled because the product in the color I wanted was discontinued. I replaced the order(same product different color)on April 30. I asked the lady to check and make sure the item was in stock. She said it was. I paid for 3 day shipping. I had not seen my order or heard from HoldnStorage about my order on May 8, I called customer service and was told the item was discontinued and that I was notified the order was cancelled. I never received any sort of notification fronm the company. I asked if my credit card had been credited back and was put on hold and when the custmer service rep came back on the phone she said she did not know if. I aske dfor her supervisor, who (took my order)so I aske dfor her supervisors supervisor and was told she had no idea who that was."

"I placed my order on Monday and my product was delivered by Wednesday 2 DAYS that’s quick and there customer service where very helpful and the prices where’re great I will definitely shop again"
