"I ordered a Motorguide bow mount trolling motor bracket. It arrived in a busted up box that didn't have an adequate amount of packing material for that heavy an item. The item came out of the box with a busted off motor shaft tightening knob, so it was useless. I paid for the item on 8/31/18 and I still cannot get them to make it right after multiple emails to customer service.
Update 10/16/2018..Still have not received anything from the manufacturer. They state that the manufacturer sent out a new clamping knob on 9/28/18. Two weeks later and counting....still no knob. Do you think that they would contact me? They will now because I'm going to contest the charge....
