"Stay away! I placed an order for a puzzle on 12/6 and it still has not shipped. There has been no communication from Hobby Warehouse regarding why the item has not shipped. They have not responded to emails and they are blocking voice mail and are not picking up their phone."

"They sent a rock tumbler instead of the cable that I ordered. Upon contacting them, no response from support. Eventually I received a return FedEx label to ship the rock tumbler back. I did so and they closed the case, but never sent the item I ordered. Still no response from them after 2 requests to send the item I ordered. Sent a 3rd and final request; if still no response, I will be attempting to reverse the charges to my credit card.

"Do Not Shop Here. They are liars and are very deceitful. I ordered three items in plenty of time for Christmas (order date 12-3-08). I contacted them on the 10th to see if they had shipped yet and was told by the manager, Nathan Biddlecom, that the items would ship on 12-15 or 12-16. Never did. Contacted again on 12-23 and this time Nathan told me that they would "overnight" the package, at their expense, since my order was an older order and I needed it for Christmas. Guess what, never happened. This man deliberately lied just to string me along. I can't say enough negative about this company. I hope you will not shop with them as they obviously don't know how to run a business."

"These guys are the fastest shippers in the hobby business. But they have terrible customer service!! I paid full price for an R/C Stryker airplane. They shipped me a DEMO unit. Clearly marked by the manufacturer with a sticker that read DEMO. The charger was smashed, the plane was clearly not setup to fly correctly. My guess is that they received this free from the factory and sold it to me full price. The worst part is that customer service was of no help. Promised to help me in emails. But, Jeff hung up on me this week while talking to them AGAIN about this issue. Do not buy anything from them if you think it might need customer service. You will not get any!"
