"Now there is a shocker, Hobby Town USA currently does NOT actively participate at ResellerRatings to monitor feedback and resolve your issues.

Customer service is about as bad as it gets. Do not try to return a purchase, it will not happen, not even a restocking fee is offered.

Stay away, if you need to purchase anything, use Amazon!

"After talking with owner on many occasions prior to the sale, he sold me an airplane that was not like we talked about. It did not have the electronics and features we had discussed and it was a discontinued product so parts were not going to be available. I was not told it was discontinued and I know the owner new that because he had been selling the new version that had the features I wanted for over a month or two. He would not make it right and me calling corporate was useless because each store is individually owned and corporate has no power to do anything. I was told I must know what I want before i come in and they are not responsible for finding the right product for me. Also all defects must be handled by me directly with the manufacturer not the store. "
