"New battery for my wltoys v950 RC helicopter. It arrived in about 3 weeks. It arrived in good shape. It was very well packaged in a small box. I charged it and it took a full charge. I get about 13 minutes of flight out of it. It would probably fly more but I don't want it to run out and the helicopter to drop out of this sky."
"Item did not match description. Entered a dispute through PayPal in good faith. Was ready willing and able to work with them. They requested pictures of items sent but gave no Avenue to send them. PayPal does not let you post pictures. Hobbywows website does not allow you to post pictures. The email given by hobbywow kept coming back invalid. I use the email of the contact person for our PayPal dispute as direct contact, sent pictures there. I was given the runaround. They never offered a return label or requested a return of the package only kept requesting pictures to an email that kept coming up invalid. I for one will never do business this way or with this company hobbywow again. Brick and mortar here I come."
"So I was on a search for a set of Aomway Commander V1 FPV goggles. At the time they were sold out everywhere. Someone on rcgroups posted that they had them in stock and received their order in the USA without issues. I bit the bullet and placed an order. However after 4 days I didn't see any status of shipment. I tried to contact them on the website but it was down. I then went to Facebook and sent a message to them and they reply the next day stating it was out of stock and they were working to fix the website. After about 2 weeks they emailed me that the product was in stock and ready to ship. I received my item I believe from China but then the return label shows Industry City, CA....so confused but I don't care about 10 days later. They emailed me when my item was at the post office and when I actually picked it up...strange for a China vendor but appreciated. Prices are about the same as Banggood but their support seems a bit better. I'll use them again. I just requested that they keep their stock availability upto date on the website."
"I ordered the Esky Hunter 4ch Coaxial Helicopter and received exactly what I ordered and in a surprising speed. I ordered on 8/5/17 and the next day the website was gone after receiving a confirmation of my order. I started to do research and ran into a lot of negative feedback which worried me. I decided to wait a week before contacting them as their website did come back online. On 8/15/17 I received an email that the order was shipped and on 8/18/17 I received it, including the extra battery pack I ordered as well. Speaking on my experience alone that was an A+ service. I will do business with them in the future."

"I bought a Hubsan Drone for £235. Worst mistake of my life!!
1. It took them at least a month to send it; had to open a case on pay pal, they persuaded me to close it once they sent it.
2. Little did I know closing the case would cause me problems, as I did not know once you close a case on PayPal you can never open a new one.
3. Once I received the product it never worked, they asked me to provide video footage as proof in the email so they could help me fix it, so i did. At no point did the propellers even spin.
4. I then emailed them again asking for a refund. At first they said they do not do refunds; then someone else from the company emails saying they do (a supervisor I presume). They said I could either get a full refund or a new Drone depending on the damage. (all lies)
5. They are now telling me I need to pay £58 for the postage to them for my refund even though it is their fault the product is defective. £58 that I do not even have at the moment; they stopped trying to help and just said have a nice day, how am I supposed to after losing £235 to these thieves.
6. Unfortunately I cannot even open a new case on PayPal to complain about their shady business. They do not care about customer service, I can see a few people have given them 5 stars on here somehow. They must have been lucky enough to get the few products that do work, I sincerely caution you to not buy from these people.
Sadly there's no option for ZERO stars for this incredible inconvenience. maybe inconvenience is an understatement, this is a ROBBERY!!!"
