Never heard from them again and still trying to get my money back after 3 months. I was very disappointed and frustrated so I called them and talked to customer service and then to the manager but to no success, I paid $150 plus another $30 for shipping that came with 90 day warranty. So once again, like so many others, hobbytron sold me a worthless product with worthless warranty, Don't Be sucker like me and don"t buy from Hobbytron. Hobbytron has over 244 Complaints against it on Consumer affair website , check it out before you make your decision." And PLEASE look anywhere else, I don't care how much you are "saving" by dealing with them. Once you buy, You only get credit from more worthless crap. "
"I bought a remote control air plane for my son for Christmas and when plane arrive the battery was dead on arrival. after some email back and forth I had to pay $15 to send the plane back for exchange, second plane arrived after one week and when my son opened it the motor was hanging from fuselage, I had to pay another $15 to ship the plane back and after another week we got the same plane back except the motor was tightened in. finally we could go to park an try the plane, so we charge the battery and we had about 10 minutes flying time before we were back in the house to recharge the battery only to find out that battery does not take any charge. I sent an email to Hobbytron and asked them about the problem. when they got back to me after 5 days they said the warranty does not cover the battery since I charged it once, I was very disappointed and frustrated so I called them and talked to customer service and then to the manager but to no success, I paid $153 plus another $30 for shipping for this plane only because it came with 90 days warranty where I could buy it from Vortex for $95. so hobbytron sold me a worthless product with worthless warranty, Don't Be sucker like me and don"t buy from Hobbytrn. "My 13-year-old son purchased an air soft gun from this store for about $150 using his birthday money. From the time he took it out of the box, it never worked. He tried two separate times and even used different ammo. When I tried to contact the company at their main number, it rang, and rang, and rang, and no one EVER answered. I tried SEVERAL times on DIFFERENT days with no answer. I submitted an online request for an exchange and it was denied. I then tried SEVERAL more times to contact the company. Finally, someone answered and I was told I had to go online and submit another claim because they couldn't help me over the phone. I did exactly what they said and waiting another 5 or so days for a response. My request was denied AGAIN. I then spent a couple hours trying to reach someone on the phone. After being transferred to the manager, she said there was no way they would refund his money and that I had to go online and submit the claim AGAIN because she can't help me. SERIOUSLY?! When I went to the BBB to file a complaint, I saw this company has almost 200 other complaints. I'm not surprised!!!! I can accept getting a bad product if the company is willing to make it right, but screwing a child out of his money and then not answering the calls or handling the issue is just WRONG! "

"Wow, reading the reviews are scary. Customer service is by email only and I purchased 2 drones for my son's birthday and 2 helicopters a month ago and one drone never worked and is still inoperative. The other drone stopped working after three battery cycles and the helicopters have flight time of less that two minutes.After multiple attempts to contact customer service regarding the inoperative drone and their unsuccessful attempts to send replacement parts I have decided this is a loss and vowed never to purchase from them again. Keep in mind no refunds only exchanges and good luck on that. Products look fantastic and arrive in a timely manner but it is JUNK and I mean JUNK. "
