"I placed an order for a hitch set on June 2, received an e-mail on June 4 stating that my order quote: HAS BEEN SHIPPED. Fifteen days into this ordeal and I still do not know when I will be able to install my hitch.
I had to call and e-mail them on Monday, June 9 to ask about it, they said it would be sent Monday. That didn't happen. Fedex did pick up some items Tuesday, and two of the three I need were delivered on Friday. One piece out of three was not delivered, and they claim they will send it Monday. No explanation as to why Fedex did not pick it up. . .This place deserves zero stars. Actually, they should be giving me stars for not appearing in person with a lot of unpleasant words for them.
I left some pointed and caustic remarks for them on facebook, trying to get their attention - it worked. They removed all the comments and blocked me from adding any more. Good customer relations, for sure.
On the plus side, if there is one, I did get another e-mail today from a different party, stating that my order would be sent out today (6/16, for a 6/2 order), and I should be receiving a message about it later. So far, that has not happened though.
Fedex delivered the last piece of my hitch set on Tuesday, June 17, nearly two weeks after the first e-mail that falsely informed me the material had been sent. The parts were sent from the manufacturer in Livonia, proving that the original message and Fedex tracking number (pickup in Florida) may have been deliberately false."

"This is by far the worst company i have ever ordered anything from. I have had better luck ordering items from china and arriving in the time stated.
I placed my order on May 31st, called the following Monday and they said they received my order and it should be arriving by Thursday since i am in Florida. Sure enough Thursday came and left, i called in Friday morning and they said they where sorry and they hadn't shipped it out yet, they would send it directly from the manufacturer in GA and i should have it by Monday. Called in this morning and what was an eternal hold finally spoke to Valencia who said it still hasn't shipped and they are going to send it out over night (B.S.) that would cost them over $300 just to send it out. i am waiting for the manager to call me back in regards to all this bogus information they have given. I cancelled a scheduled Vacation this past weekend because the hitch hadn't arrived and they Guaranteed me it would be here by Monday. This company is a JOKE!!!!! Don't order anything from them, i will be escalating this to the BBB and to the Board or business in Florida for poor business practice. ORDER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!!!! Also after i spoke to them about cancelling my kids vacation this weekend all they did was offer me a 10% discount which i find to be offensive after i lost a $145 deposit for a camp ground i already had reserved. Lost a days work today and have to reschedule my mechanic to install my hitch if he is available later this week (if i even receive the hitch this week). DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!!!!"
"I had ordered 2 levelers for my camper. They mistakenly only shipped 1. I made a phone call to their customer service and explained that I needed the 2nd leveler by Friday of that week. They shipped the 2nd leveler by overnight air and I received in less than 24 hours and a day sooner than I needed. Hitch Anything had the best item and shipping price. I would definitely order from them again."

"Ordered a Hitch on 5/13/2014, never got tracking info. Emailed Them on 5/27/2014, they stated it should ship today, and i would be sent tracking. I never received tracking number. Product Drop shipped from CURT on 5/28/2014 and arrived at my door on 5/30/2014.

"took my order on 20 may and my money but did not place order with andersen till 30may i called on 29 may and was told they had my hitch and would be sent out fed x that day{29th} and i would get on 30 th because we were bouth in fl. mostly a load or bs . talked to andersen rep on 2 june found item shipped on 30 may i may get it ups some time this week. not happy with lies con live with honest oops but can not forgive lies"
