"I ordered 2 items, took 2 weeks to get but arrived before Christmas. Sweatshirt great, the 2nd shirt..not so much. Had big "SAMPLE" written across the front of the shirt. I emailed the company and they answered back..sorry, thats what was in the picture on line. Ok, now who would want to wear a shirt with "sample" across the front in big bold letters? I assumed this was the sample shirt/design on their website and certainly assumed it would not be on my custom shirt that they printed. I have emailed again and of course have heard nothing. I really hate companies that are dishonest and take people's hard earned money. Karma is real. "

Ordered sandals in April according to shoe chart on web site. Came 2 inches to long. Had to pay $14.00 on my own to return them. Received new pair 2 MONTHS later. And was totally wrong color leathers. They sent me a new pair an AGAIN was wrong leather.....
Called and asked about my refund and was told that they wouldn't issue my refund of shipping back to them. Because I DID THAT ON MY OWN
All because of SHOE SIZE CHART DID NOT MATCH SHOE AT ALL AND (2) PAIRS OF SHOES DIDNT MATCH."
