"this my first time i write a review and how disappointed i am with hinterland outfitters. i purchase a gun with them waited three week for it call three time anf finally they ship it. the gun i purchase was not what i pay for they sent me the wrong model # so i call and spoke with joe. he was very nice and help full. i told him that i wanted 150 dollers for a mag was missing and the night sights to be fair. but them he pass me with the manger brad that i ask him to identify himself and he refuse to. he try to look for excuses and give me the run around. khowingly they were wrong and offer 45 doller for a mag only. this brad from the get go was agressive on the phone. so he say take it or leave it . so copprate . what kind of manager you have there. "Customer service is terrible. Rude and condescending responses to simple questions. They also lie about their shipping times, posting 2-3 days to ship then they tell you it will be 5-7 days for in-stock items. They consider an order shipped when they print a shipping label, but 4 days after the label is printed they have still not handed the shipment over to UPS.
