"I ordered these "factory replacement speakers" (HA-SPK-PACKAGE128) for the rear deck of my 2001 BMW 740iL. The problems with this speaker set is:
1) They are two different sizes. There are four speakers (all the same size) in the rear deck. The 5.25" speakers "fit" in the sense that the speakers fit the hole. However the mounting holes do not line up. Obviously, the 6.5" speakers are too big to fit the hole.
2) I called and asked specifically if these speaker were designed to fit a different location in the vehicle, giving the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they are supposed to be for the doors. This question was ignored both times I asked, as we worked through the other issues. After checking the doors, they do not fit the doors either.
3) The factory system is 2 ohm. These speakers are 4 ohm.
4) In there resolution to the matter, they wanted to offer a partial refund, if I was willing to modify my car. I countered with, DO NOT send me a partial refund, send me a shipping label so I can send the 6.5's back, and send me another set of 5.25's. Seemed like a win-win to me. They refused to send a shipping label stating that they will not pay for shipping back to them. Makes no sense to me.
Pay attention to their ratings before you order from this company, I wish I did, but I figured if they say they fit, they fit, WRONG!
Lastly if you still decide to order from this company, DO NOT order these if you have a 2001 E38, or BMW 740iL. THEY WILL NOT FIT!

"My husband ordered a replacement speaker for his truck. He entered all the pertinent information to secure getting the right part. He got the speakers and they were the wrong part. We had to pay for the shipping to go back even though it was their mistake, not ours. Then to top it off, the cost of the item was $99.95 and they would only refund $79.96. When I called to complain, they stated it was a restock fee and that it stated that in the paperwork! WE NEVER RECEIVED PAPERWORK!!!! I asked to speak to a manager, he (Yugo) transferred me and then the phone hung up! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!"

"I ordered $1150 worth of dj led lights. two of the lights came with foot control pedals. these are packaged in plain brown box with controller in small separate box with light in colored picture display box both in the larger plain brown box. when I received the shipment one was in the larger plain brown box and the other was missing the larger box and was only the light in the colored display box minus the foot controller. They had me send photos of the packages and labels and made a comment about ups might have the controller.They said they would look at the camera footage at their shipping department and let me know what they found. I filled for resolution through pay pal. They said they were sending a replacement . After 3 weeks I contacted pay pal and 3 weeks later was told they put it on a ups truck but can't track where it went. they refused to send another and pay pal wanted me to pay to ship entire order back at my cost for refund. They refused to let me speak to management at Hi-Fi sound Connection. B E W A R E !! The only reason I give 1 star rating is it is necessary to give 1 Star to post here."
