"At first, they charged me twice. They won't reply to my messages, they just keep on sending me those auto-replies in my email. But eventually I learned that that it was just my stupidity because I received their reply in less than 24 hours due to the fact that their customer service hours is from 9 am to 12 md in the US. The double charging was also solved after 8 days from purchase. And my order came within 2 weeks. They're really good, however my order which says 6-months supply with free 2 months supply where I understood that I would get 8 bottles I ended up with only 6 bottles. The CSR says that it really was just 6-months supply which is 4 bottles + 2 free, BUMMER. One of the CSR's I talked to offered to deliver to me the 2 more bottles because of the misunderstanding it caused, I'll just update you on that. Still I'm satisfied because my orders arrived."
