"Wanted to provide my overall experiences with this company since I do not see many reviews about them at all.
I have been shopping from them for well over one year and can say that I do recommend them. They have a good selection and good prices, shipping selection is great and free if over $30 purchased I believe.
I specifically use them since they do carry the Nutrigold brand, they do carry a quality selection as well. For the products they do not carry, I head to iHerb.com for the rest and sometimes I just switch back and forth depending on what I am ordering.
I have not had any problems with them personally.
The main suggestion I would have for them is to add the ability to make an account with them, for tracking past orders and such. For the time being, you only need to type in your shipping and billing information, but there is no login available at this time.

"Placed order and received confirmation email telling me both that they are picking my order and that the item ordered is out-of-stock (not sure how it can be both). Payment was taken immediately. After nearly one month with no product, I called their customer service number during business hours and was only given an opportunity to leave a message. Sent an email to customer service, and despite their claim they'll get back to me within 24 hours, I still have not heard from them after more than 72 hours.
Not impressed with lack of concern from this company and not receiving what I paid for a month ago. Since they won't respond, I will contact my credit card company and have them seek a resolution for me. I'm guessing that there are better and more responsive and honest companies with which to do business.
