"Global Herbal claims to ship in 2-5 days and to send an email when the order ships. I waited 10 days after ordering and had not received shipment notice. They do not respond to my emails. I called their toll free number and got a sex hotline recording. "

"My experience with this company was extremely bad. I placed an order on January the 8th. Every item I bought said it would ship in 3-5 days. After waiting a couple of weeks my order still said it was processing. I emailed customer service inquire about this three different times over a period of about a week. I did not get any kind of response. So approximately three weeks after my order I called the company. Customer service was slow and unprofessional. They told me my order would ship that very day and that it had been on backstock is why it did not ship yet. A week later I called again because it had still not shipped. Again service was slow, and I was told my order was still on backorder and there was no way to tell when it would be in. Finally about 6 weeks after my order the products were shipped. I understand sometimes things are on backorder and takes a while, but everything I ordered was listed as in stock. More than anything I was extremely displeased and unsastisfied with the poor customer service provided."
