"BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered 2 items (order total $33.05) on 12/15/10 and received an order confirmation email with a link to check order status. Checked order status on 12/16/10 and it showed "recevied at Warehouse". Two days later, status changed to "shipment scheduled to {date}" because products were in backordser and {date} kept sliding by 2 days EVERY DAY!! No access to customer service through phone - only a recording sending you back to their website to fill out a web form. Requested a cancellation on 12/25/10. Forty-eight hours later order was annotated with "cancellation request received by Warehouse" and the customer service rep who replied my request said it would take them 3-7 business days to process the cancellation and another 3-5 business days to get a refund, so about 3 more weeks to get my money back!! They don't seem to have a handle on inventory management at all. Yes, they do provide very competitive pricing, but it seems competitive pricing is at the expense of customer satisfaction and an expectation of having customers wait for products without providing real time feedback products are in backorder."

"This is the shiftiest company I have ever come across in all my years online. As for these positive reviews here, they themselves must be leaving them. They never sent me my order, and yet they fought tooth and nail to keep my money - albeit not openly. After checking my order online for three weeks to see if it had been sent and seeing the projected sending date being continually postponed, I called and cancelled. They "accepted" my cancellation by phone but never credited my card. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company and guess what? They tried to dispute it! The only business these folks are in is that of ripping people off. Here's how they do it: They give themselves a ridiculously long time to "get your goods to you", in fact they have no intention of sending you anything. They're just giving themselves a headstart. By the time you complain to your credit card company the charge is already on your statement. I hear they've changed their name over the years, gotta be hiding from customers and authorities. Companies like this make you wish you could get the police involved. "
