"I had terrible experience with Herbhealer. I placed the order on the 1st of August. It turned out that they neither send an email with tracking number nor they update the status of your order online. The only way to find out what's really happening with your order is to call them. When I called them and asked why they don't update me electronically, they answered something like "Why should we? You call us and we tell you" ... And I had to call them bunch of times. First they told me that they weren't sure if I had provided correct spelling of my first name (!!) even though they charged my credit card without any problems. Of course, the spelling was correct. Then a few days later they told me that they had problems with my mailing address. How lame is that?! Again, all the info I provided was correct. Eventually, they shipped my order, but it was more than a week after I placed the order i.e. on August 9th. I received the package on August 11th. In a nutshell, the web-store has a nice selection of drugs, but the way they handle the orders is simply outrageous."
