Her Room returned it with the note that it showed signs of wear and was not clean. That is absolutely not true. If they don't want to accept bra returns they should just say so.

"I received my order quickly and in good shape. But. The bra was labeled incorrectly. I ordered a 30 H. And that is what the tag said but the band was actually a 26. I used a tape measure to measure it. I called customer service and was told I would get a call back. That did not happen. I sent a email and again no response. I am disappointed with customer service. I have not had to return anything before but am now scared to order from them again. "
