"I bought 2 Apple iPad Air adapters for $25.48 on JANUARY 29, I received the product February 2. I emailed them that I am returning it same day because it does not work. There is static and cuts the sound from ipad to headphone. Few days and and no response.
I sent back the adapter February 10 and still no response.
I disputed the bill with CITIBANK and they are still charging me again for it.
I am so furious because I am left with no adapter and being billed $25.48 for it.
For all I know they already sold this again to another buyer.
