"Products were as described and shipment was rapid. Purchased a 120V wire kit and extra probe. I don't think it is Heat Tech's fault ,but I was dissappointed that the heat wire would not "relax" between the spacers (we even tried stretching the wire to straighten it). We used duct tape to hold the wires down so that the self-leveling concrete would cover them."
