"Ordered a Soleus Chicked watch as a gift on a Sunday. The web site showed 2 colors available. I ordered the watch and a few days later I received an email stating the watch was out of stock. I emailed Heartmonitors.com to inquiry why the web site reflected the watches were available and processed my credit card for payment. I DIDNOT receive an answer other than they would credit my AMEX and cancel the order. Obviously they had to cancel the order since the watch was not available through them. I ended up buying the watch in the color that she wanted for a few dollars more. I am still waiting for the credit to my AMEX card. I would rate this company 1 star out of 5"
