Misrepresentation and deceit

"Ordered vitamin which arrived timely. However I noted that the major ingredient of the vitamin was lacking on the bottle and packaging. Healthy Planet found out from the manufacturer that the formula had been changed but they failed to reflect the changes on its website. So what they sent was different from what I ordered. Not acceptable . They refused a return despite the misrepresentation, this after delays and denials.

"First, my order was straight and clear, they hold and said they need to check it...I bought two days delivery and they said I didn't buy it....she asked if I would like to cancel my order, I said not at all, I need it to be sand...in five minutes I got conformation about cancellation.

Terrible Experience with Customer Service

"Told they would honor cost matching, when I called back for adjustment another person told me no. This was a typical bait and switch. Excuse received was derogatory remarks about her co-worker that she should be terminated for saying. I wasn't allowed to speak with a supervisor or anyone else after only trying to talk to her about the situation. She was nasty and confrontational and certainly needed further customer service training. She recommended canceling my order and ordering from another company. Interesting with so many companies in competition for business to have an employee sending business away."

Stay away!

"I gave 1 star for the price. I ordered 1 item and it has been 11 days and still no delivery. I called customer service and they blame the shipping company. I wanted to cancel, but was told it was not an option. This is another online company not taking responsibility and blaming someone else. I will never do business with them again. If I do not receive my item in a few days I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. "

Excellent customer service

"Ordered 2 bottles of Dr.Bronners product. They called me and emailed me to verify that it was me using my card(first time buyer). The woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful. She confirmed my order and gave me a tracking number. Two days later my items were here just as described! I am not sure why there are such terrible reviews on this website however I will definitely be using them in the future! "

terrible company

"I ordered an item and TWO WEEKS later get an email stating the item ran out of stock so they would refund me and it could take up to a week. Why can’t their inventory be up to date with today’s technology, and why three weeks with my money?! Stay away! "

Zero star but it's not an option

"Heed my warning and avoid all the troubles these people are about to inflict on you. Keep your money in your pocket. It was my first purchase with them, I didn't know any better! Worst online business ever. I ordered a bunch of Profibe from them, never received the package from the their incredibly unknown and incompetent shipping company (OnTrac), then got charged by Healthy Planet Shopping for a 15% ($20) restocking fee because the delivery guy failed to delivery by promised date 2 days and made up a bogus excuse indicating my address was "insufficient" and sent it back without any attempt at actually delivery. What does Healthy Planet do--they happily refunded me but kept $20 as a restocking charge, blamed me for providing them an incorrect address. While I repeatedly communicated with both OnTrac and Healhty Planet about the address question since the day I was notified there was a confusion. I will never deal with this business again. By the way, VitaminLife shares the same customer service department with Healthy Planet Shopping. Outrageous scoundrels "

Free shipping is a JOKE!!!

"I ordered a product on May 9, 2016 and it was not due to be delivered until May 18, 2016. I called to inquire about why it was taking so long to be delivered and was told that it was only one day late. The so-called manager that told me this felt that being one day late for delivery was not a big deal. I will not order from this company again! "

"In order to receive the free shipping I ordered extra products. When my order arrived the primary product I wanted wasn't there. When I ordered online there was no indication the product wasn't in stock and nothing on the packing slip with the products that did arrive indicating a back order. I called their Toll Free Number but hung up after 20 minutes on hold. I then emailed their order department and received a response that they shipped what product they had in stock but said nothing about when the primary product would be back in stock. I would not do business with HealthyPlanet again. Telling an online whether the product is available or not is 1.01."

" I've never ordered from this site before so I was a bit iffy about buying. I took the plunge since it was the best price I found plus had free shipping! I ordered some bulk organic raspberry leaf tea on a weekend and it was shipped on Monday! It took till Friday I believe to get to me and I was super happy with the amount. It tastes good and will last me a long time! I'll definitely order from this company again."
